Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-28
The short version
If a personalized sequence isn't right for you, you have 14 days from delivery to ask for a refund. No questions asked.
How to request
Reply to your order confirmation email or write to linnea@linneaholst.com with your order ID. Tell me you'd like a refund. That's the entire process. You don't need to justify it. You don't need to "give it more time."
How it works
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Stripe processing fees, VAT, and other charges are refunded with the principal where local rules permit.
- For partial refunds (e.g., you only used part of a tier), I default to a full refund — I'd rather over-refund than haggle.
What is not refundable
- The book. Books purchased via Amazon (or any other retailer) are governed by their refund terms, not mine. I do not control or process those.
- The free 7-Day Starter PDF. It's free.
- The newsletter. Also free; just unsubscribe.
- Requests outside the 14-day window. If something exceptional has happened (medical emergency, billing error, technical failure on my end), write to me anyway and I'll consider it case-by-case.
If something went wrong
If your order was never delivered within the published SLA, the magic-link page is broken, the PDF didn't arrive, or the program is materially unfit for the intention you submitted at intake, that's not a refund question — that's a fix-it question. Email me with the order ID and I'll either correct the delivery or refund you, your choice.
Why no-questions-asked
Because I think a 14-day grace period builds the kind of trust this work deserves. Because asking customers to justify their preferences runs counter to the whole point of trauma-informed practice — you are always free to stop.
Chargebacks
Please write to me before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback costs both of us — Stripe charges fees and removes my ability to process future refunds the easy way. If you're unhappy, I'll almost always refund directly. The 14-day window gives you the leverage; you don't need to threaten anything to use it.
